ChatHealth (text: 07480 635511) is a confidential text messaging service  that enables children and young people to contact their local public health nursing (school nursing) team.

UP in Poole provides support, information and advice for young people, including an online live chat option

Dorset Mind Your Head is a Dorset-wide programme aimed to help young people of Dorset to be as mentally healthy as possible
