eConsults are a way to ask non-urgent questions or ask about adminstrative issues such as MED3 medical certificates. Please do NOT use this for questions which you feel are at all urgent. You can also use them to submit home blood pressure readings or do an online medication review or pill check.

Please do not use this just to ask for an appointment, this will only delay you getting one.

These forms will only be as useful as the information you put in. If you choose a specific symptom or problem from the menu this will be much more useful than choosing "General problem".

Your eConsult may not be seen by a clinician for 48 hours or more. You will normally get a reply by email or SMS so please ensure you give the correct details.
