Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery. If you have opted to use the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) your prescription will go direct to your chosen pharmacy and you can collect your medication from them. Some controlled medications can not go via EPS but most pharmacies will collect the paper prescription from us if you set this up in advance. You can speak to your pharmacist or our reception team about nominating a pharmacy to collect or receive your prescriptions.
Individual turn around times for preparing your medications may apply to your pharmacy of choice. 48 hours is the time taken for your request to be processed by us and does not include pharmacy preparation times.
