HOW DO I SEE MY DOCTOR?

Monday - Friday

Please make an appointment either in person at the reception desk or by telephoning your usual site between 08:00 and 18:30.  You may also use the internet to book, cancel or amend appointments for the doctors at https://SystmOnline.tpp-uk.com/Login?PracticeId=J81033

You will need to register for this service by visitng the Practice for your log-in details, which will be generated automatically by the computer system.

The Surgery times and doctor availability are varied during the week between 08:30 - 11:30 and 15:00 - 17:30 and offer 10 minute booked appointments.

Many of the appointments are reserved to be booked on the day as a recent survey noted that 75% of patients ringing to book an appointment wished to be seen on that day.  To this end around 50% of our appointments are released at 8.00am every day.

To compliment this and recognising the need for emergency appointments, one doctor runs an Emergency Surgery at Talbot Medical Centre simultaneously to deal with emergencies and non-routine matters. Allocations for this service are first come, first served and the time allocated is correspondingly less. Please do not ask the doctor to deal with multiple or complicated long standing problems in the Emergency Surgery.
